With all the tweets and facebook statuses yesterday (11/29) after Boosie sentencing was handed down, it seems that his supporters missed this statement to TMZ “Don’t worry about me I am getting help with my drug addiction and I am accepting full responsibility for the choice I made.”

Let’s revisit that last part again, “I am accepting full responsibility for the choice I made.” With that being said, the “free Boosie” rants need to end.

Boosie received the 8 year sentence for smuggling drugs into prison; however, his time served (he’s been in since July 2010) will apply. Unfortunately, Boosie still awaits an April court date on murder charges.
